Logging In

You will find a link at the top of the website which you can use to log in. The following screen will appear once you have clicked on it.

1: At "Email Address", enter the email address we are familiar with .
2: At "Password" enter the password provided by you .
3: Click on the “Log In” button.

If you cannot remember your password, please follow the instructions listed below the “Log In” button.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will see a Tab Page appear where you will see a number of “Tabs”, dependent on your settings. For your convenience, we have listed the version with all options here.

Clicking on a tab will take you to the required page whereby (except for “Logging Out”) a number of new options will appear in the blue bar below and the page behind the first option will be loaded as standard.

Account Details

This page will allow you to change your details, the form fields are self explanatory and are all compulsory. If you have ticked the “Company” check box, then the “Company Name” field is also compulsory.

You may see 2 check boxes (dependent on earlier options) at the bottom of the form, where you can indicate whether you are registered in the system as an Advertiser, Publisher or both. Once you have made your choice, the details cannot be changed, you will then see a notification instead of the option.

Payment details

This page has several form fields, dependent on your user status (Advertiser and/or Publisher).

1: Address details for invoicing purposes ( Advertisers and publishers)

This section is standard and will allow you to tell us whether we should use the contact details from your “Account Details”, or whether we should use different details when invoicing you. Should you wish to provide us with alternative address details, please tick the relevant check box after which you can complete the necessary form. All fields are compulsory.

2: Bank details (Publishers)

We need the correct bank details for paying out your earnings and these details therefore need to be completed correctly. These details can be requested from your bank, if necessary. We check the information in this section after every change. If the check box behind the “Bank details checked” has been ticked, you will only be able to send a payment order.

3: VAT number Companys (Publishers)

The following is only applicable to companies located in an EU Member State. If you are located in the Netherlands , this field will only be compulsory if you are participating with the system as a “Publisher”, as we can then also transfer the VAT on your income. If you are located outside of the Netherlands , the VAT number is compulsory in both cases. You will not have to pay us any VAT if you have a valid VAT number and the same applies vice versa as a result of the “Reverse Charge Mechanism”.

We will also check these VAT details.

Advertisers

Statistics

You will see a list with one or several campaigns on the statistics page, with the statistics of that day being shown as standard. Every campaign line will show the figures as a total and if you “open up” a campaign, you will see a list with the underlying advertisements with their own figures. The selection fields at the top will allow you to decide for which period you want to see statistics, whereby earlier open campaigns will be opened up again after sending.

You can click on the number, should you have 1 or several clicks on an advertisement. A pop-up will appear with detailed information:

  1. The page on which the advertisement has been clicked..
  2. The number of clicks on the above page .
  3. A button which will allow you to immediately block the above page at domain level, resulting in your advertisements no longer being shown on that domain.
You can use this functionality if you explicitly do not want your advertisements to be shown on that domain.

Advertisements and campaigns

Producing/changing campaigns

In order to be able to place advertisements in the system, you will first need to have 1 or several campaigns, as this will allow you to produce central settings which will affect all underlying advertisements .

Click on the “Produce Campaign” button to produce a new Campaign. This screen will then appear.

You can now produce the following settings .

  1. Name: This will allow you to give the campaign a name, enabling you to search for the results of this campaign in your statistics at a later stage.
  2. Language: Select the language you use on the websites which are placed within this campaign as advertisements.
  3. Maximum daily expenses: This allows you to indicate the maximum you want to spend on the underlying advertisements per day.
The system will automatically stop the underlying advertisements once the maximum amount has been reached.
The system will always stop your advertisements if your credit has been spent.
  4. Choice of countries: This allows you to indicate from which country/countries people will visit your site, this filter is optional and is set to “All Countries” as standard.
To add a country, select the country in the left selection field, after which you need to click on the "-->" button in order for the country to appear in the list on the right hand side.
To remove a country from the list, select the applicable country and click on the “<--” button.

After sending you will come back to the “Advertisement Page”, which (if available) will show a list with campaigns whereby (providing advertisements are available) the campaign you were previously working on is opened up and showing a list with underlying advertisements. Every campaign line will have 3 buttons:

  1. Edit: This will allow you to change the settings of the specific campaign.
  2. Del : This will remove the campaign entirely, including all underlying advertisements. You will first be asked to confirm whether you really want to do this.
  3. Add an advertisement: This will allow you to add an advertisement to this campaign.

Adding/changing advertisements

As explained above, the “Add Advertisement” button will allow you to add an advertisement. The following information is needed in order to make a correct advertisement.

  1. Campaign selection: This will allow you to select a different campaign to either add an advertisement to or to move.
  2. Title: Provide a short but powerful title.
  3. Description: Add a suitable text regarding your website. This needs to be a text which will appeal to your visitors.
  4. Key words: provide a number of key words (separated by a space) which are relevant to your advertisement. The key words need to be separated with a space.
  5. Display-url: enter your website's URL without http://.
  6. URL website: enter the exact URL of the website you want your visitors to go.
  7. Max Cpc: enter the maximum amount you want to pay for a click on your advertisement, this is 10 euro cents in the example below.
This doesn't mean you will always spend 10 cents on a click, for example if an advertisement below you only offers 4 cents, then a click on your advertisement will only cost 5 cents. The level of the Cpc does decide on the order of reproduction, as after selection by relevance and number, the advertisement will be sorted in accordance with the highest bid (Cpc), resulting in the highest bidding advertisement eventually coming out on top.

You will see the “BidTool” button alongside the input field. Clicking on this will bring up a small window with an overview which will show the number of advertisements, maximum Cpc and the average Cpc per indicated key word of other advertisers. This will give you the opportunity to decide what your Cpc should be in order to effectively position the advertisement.
  8. Active: This will allow you to immediately activate your advertisement in the system.

The Title, Description and Display-url will eventually be shown as an advertisement .

Advertentieformulier

BidTool

After sending you will come back to the “Advertisements” page, with the campaign you were working on “Opened up”. Opening and closing campaigns is done by clicking on the campaign link (“Test campaign” in the following example) or on the +/- image next to the campaign title.

You will see 4 options next to the Cpc notification per advertisement line, of which 3 can be used and whereby the fourth indicates whether the advertisement has been approved by us.

  1. Active: This allows you to immediately “Deactivate” or “Activate” an advertisement.
  2. Validated: this advertisement has been approved by us if this check box has been ticked.
  3. Edit: You can change your advertisement via this button.
  4. Del: This will remove this advertisement (after confirmation).

Advertisement filters

The text in the following picture is self explanatory, we have produced an example of how a website of a publishing website at domain level and at sub domain level can be blocked. If you are blocking a website at domain level, you will no longer need to do the same at sub domain level.

This filter application is very handy if you definitely do not want your advertisements to be shown on a domain specified by you.

Financial (Advertisers)

The following figure will show you an example of the “Financial” page. All options will be detailed.
This page shows you the possible credit still available in the system.

Purchase advertising credit

The above example shows an input field in the “Purchase advertising credit” line, where you can indicate your required amount in Euro's. This field will state the minimum purchase amount as standard. If you click on the “Ok” button, you will first need to confirm you actually want to carry out this action. Please note: a purchase is immediately binding and you will then be obliged to pay!

After sending you will reappear on the same page showing a list with all purchases made in the past. Every invoice line contains a number of elements:

  1. Date of purchase
  2. Purchased amount
  3. Check box ticked with the payment made
  4. Once the purchase has been paid for, 3 small icons will appear which will allow you to download your invoice as Pdf, Word or print it out, for example for your own administration.
  5. If the invoice has not yet been paid, you can indicate your preferred method of payment via the selection box and after sending you will appear on the required page with further instructions.

Dependent on the speed of the transaction, we will activate your credit whereby your purchase credit will immediately be added to your advertising credit. You will receive an email once this has been activated, to confirm your purchase has been processed.

The fastest way of paying is with your credit card; if your transaction is successful, your credit will immediately be added to your advertising credit and the system will immediately start on your advertisements. Paying by credit card is done as follows:

In the “financial” page you will see a “credit card” button next to an unpaid credit. Clicking on this will take you to the following page.

Clicking on the “Pay” button will take you to cardgateplus.com via a safe connection (https). This company handles our payments. We have made things even easier for you by sending along some of your details, which means the payment form has already been partially completed.

If your payment was successful, you will see a link which will send you back to your user page once you have sent the above form. If you come back within a specific period of time (within 20 minutes), the system will see you as still being logged in. You may have been logged out if more time has passed. This will not cause any problems, as your successful payment has already been processed by us before you return to our website.

If you return within the specified period of time and your payment was successful, you will see a page showing everything has been completed. You will also receive an email confirming your payment has been processed.

If you return within the specified period of time and your payment was unsuccessful, you will see a page telling you your transaction was unsuccessful, allowing you to try again by returning to the “Financial” page.

Publishers

Statistics

This page will be shown as standard when you click on the “Publishers” tab page, whereby the statistics of the current day are shown as standard. You can alter the selection period via the selection fields. This page will also separately show you what the Publisher earnt on that specific day.

The first statistics line contains a complete overview of the number of advertisements you have shown, the number of clicks and your earnings. Dependent on whether you have produced URL channels and/or Advertisement channels, you will be able to see the statistics per channel underneath the grey line. The bottom of the page will tell you how many Publishers and/or Advertisers you have introduced.

The last line states “Processed advertising credit”. This means the total of all purchases: purchases made by the advertisers introduced by you in the selection period, the applicable earnings are stated alongside and will have been added to the total. The same applies to the earnings of the Publishers introduced by you, this income is also included in the total.

You can click on the number of views, which will open up a pop-up with detailed statistics regarding the advertisements you have published. There are 2 versions available, via the Total (line 1) and per advertisement channel.

This page will show you a list with all advertisements shown by you in the selected period and based on channel/total. By clicking in the top right of the “Views, Click, Ctr or earnt” links, you can sort the list as required. Using the “Block Url” button will allow you to block the domain behind this advertisement, resulting in no advertisements from that domain being shown on your site(s). This block option is very handy if you don't want any competing advertisements on your website.

Advertisement channels

Producing advertisement channels will allow you to measure your statistics in 2 different ways:

  1. At domain/page level (URL channels)
  2. At advertisement level (special channels)

This will allow you to measure exactly which page of which advertisement block produces the best results, the page itself contains sufficient explanation regarding its use.

Advertisement filters

In addition to blocking advertisements at domain level, you can manually enter domains on this page of which you don't want advertisements on your website(s). The block list will also show you the domains you have blocked via your statistics.

Advertisement codes

Based on various settings, this page will allow you to produce an advertisement code which you need to place on your website. The page does provide the necessary explanation per selection criteria, but the explanation is provided here too.

The settings you can use are:

  1. Advertisement format: This includes multiple choice options whereby you can choose from various formats.
  2. Advertisement channel: (optional) You can select a channel here if you have produced “Special channels”.
  3. Language settings: (optional) If you select a specific language here, advertisements which use the selected language will be given priority, if you don't select anything (“Select language”) we will look at the language settings of the passing visitor.
  4. Alternative URL: (optional) This allows you to provide a web page which loads the system in the advertisement frame in case no relevant advertisements have been found.
If you leave this field empty, a standard system advertisement will be loaded which will include your ref-id.
If you have just placed a code on a page which is not yet known to us, then the “standard advertisement” or your “Alternative URL” may be loaded, this would happen because we do not yet have any page content from that page in cache. This can happen within 2 minutes.

Our Webbot automatically visits every page which shows advertisements, therefore also pages which work on the basis of query string parameters will be seen as separate pages.

Calling up an advertisement works as follows:
    1. The Javascript code on your page loads a 2nd Javascript which reads your settings.
    2. This 2nd code writes an iframe based on the advertisement format chosen by you and loads the advertisement page which includes your settings as parameters in the URL.
    3. The link to the current page, possible origin (referrer) and the page title will be included as extra parameters.
    4. The advertisement page will take the available words from your link, ref and the page title.
    5. It will subsequently look to see if your page is in the cache and if so, the words will be taken from here, if not, the link will be placed in a type of task planner which will allow our Webbot to still bring in your page within a short period of time.
Pages will be kept in cache for a 10 day period, therefore any changes to the text won't be visible in the advertisements until some time later.
    6. The system will look for advertisements based on the words found, for which you have entered 1 or more key words, whereby the language of that advertisement is of course also compared with your indicated language or the visitor's language setting.
A language setting is not an exact selection criterion, but advertisements with the correct language are given priority over advertisements with a different language setting.
Advertisements which your visitor has already seen will not be included during the selection, to ensure all advertisements have equal opportunities.
Should no advertisements have been found whilst advertisements were omitted as your visitors had seen them before, then a reselection will follow without excluding these earlier shown advertisements, so in effect the system will start from scratch again.
    7. Once advertisements have been found, the number of required advertisements are collected and sorted by relevance, after which they will be sorted by the highest bidding advertisement.

If no advertisements are available, the system will load your “Alternative URL” and should one not have been provided, the “Standard advertisement” will be shown which will include your refid.
  5. Advertisement Colours: This allows you to decide on the colours which the chosen advertisement block need to have.

The colour codes can be entered manually, but you can also use a handy colour picker (pop up) by clicking on the square behind the colour field.
The colour settings can be stored as a “colour set” for possible later use.

Once you have completed all necessary settings, you can select the compiled advertisement code right at the very bottom.
The advertisement code will have a variable like "admatch_suggestions", which will allow you to provide dynamic key words, if required, which you feel may be important.
This filter is optional and will be empty as standard .

Banners

We have made a number of banners available on the “Banner page” if you want to refer other webmasters or possible companies to Admatch.eu.
The codes don't automatically link to a banner, but to a separate file which will load a banner dependent on the visitor's language settings and should this not be available, an English banner will be loaded.

Financial (publishers)

Monthly earnings

This page will show you your earnings split into 3 types of earnings:

  1. Own earnings
  2. Promoter earnings: the 10% ref income produced by the Publishers introduced by you.
  3. Advertiser provisions: 1% (Standard) provision for every advertisement credit which an advertiser introduced by you has fulfilled in that period, and if you have introduced several advertisers, then this will, of course, be the entire total.

If the “Processed” check box has been ticked, then these earnings have been added to your account credit and you can go to the “Payment Page” to decide what you would like to do with it.

Transactions (payments)

This page will show you a list with transactions which you have completed in the past. These can be 2 different types of transactions:

  1. Payment to your bank account.
  2. Transfer to your advertising credit (if you are an advertiser).

If it concerns a payment and the payment has been processed, then you now have the option of downloading the invoice in Pdf or Word format, or you can decide to print it out.

Transfer earnings

This page will allow you to request us to pay you either your entire or partial earnings or, if you are an advertiser, you can also arrange for your credit to be directly transferred to your advertising credit.

You will be notified if your earnings are too low to pay out, which means you will only be able to transfer your earnings to your advertising credit.
If you request a payment, make sure your payment details are correct. If you are registered as a company and your company is located in an EU Member State, you will also receive the VAT on the amount, providing your details are correct and you have provided us with a valid VAT number.
