Participation to the system. Participation to the system is open to anyone who accepts the conditions as listed below. However, we maintain the right to refuse participants from entering the system. Participating with the system will indicate that you're at least 18 years old, and that you only have one account in our system. Only one account is allowed per person/company. It is not necessary to create more than one account. We maintain the right to modify the conditions if deemed necessary.
Permitted content on website(s). The website should be legal and well maintained and may not contain any content of (directly or indirectly) or links to:
Adult content: Your website is not allowed to contain any pronographic or adult orientated material. Please visit our other program, ero-advertising, for this.
Violence, discrimination of individuals, groups or organisations.
Termination of an account. You can only terminate your account by mail or in writing with a statement from your logon settings and userid.
Statement. You agree to adhere to the Totalwebvertising conditions, to ensure the deliverance of the ads and reports will be correct in relation to your site(s).
Publishers
Advertisement codes. You may only put a maximum of 4 advertisement codes on a page. However, we would advise you to take care when setting their positions, to ensure they are very noticeable to visitors. You may not make any changes in the code you have to use, except the colour settings. You can modify these settings manually, however, any wrong results are at your own risk.
Illegal applications and click fraud. It is illegal to stimulate visitors to click on the ads or to use automatic programmes which try to simulate clicking. If we notice such behaviour (next to the automatic system controls) we will take appropriate steps which can result in non-payment or removal of your account entirely. Any possible damage suffered by the advertisers will be annulled and will be taken out of the related publishers account.
No guarantee. We can't give you any guarantee that the right ads to your website will be shown at all times. When there are no relating ads to be found, we will fill the page with other ads which, if they refer to the system, will contain your ref-id. We can also give you no guarantee that the number of views, clicks or earnings are correct.
Payment. All monthly earnings will be put into your account credit balance halfway through the next month. You can give us an online order to transfer (part of) your credit (minimum 25 Euro) to your bank account number. Note: orders will only be taken on if your bank account information is correct. We also offer you the opportunity to send (part of) your credits to your advertisement credit balance, when you are also registered as an advertiser.
Advertisers
Campaigns/advertisements. You are responsible for the settings in your campaigns and the content of your ads. We have to approve each new ad or modification before it gets into the system and goes live. Don't use repetitions of characters and avoid unnecessary use of capital letters.
Statement. You agree to use correct advertisements which will not directly or indirectly harm, damage or cause any sorrow to other people.
Credit card payments. If you choose to pay for your ad campaigns by credit card, we will charge a small fee for transaction costs. The total amount will be shown on your invoice. Warning: It is not possible to refund any amount paid to our system. If you have done a successful transaction, the amount you have paid will immediately be used for your ad campaigns.
Privacy. Totalwebvertising will only use your personal details for generating invoices. Your email address will only be used for retrieving your lost password. We will not use your personal details for any other (commercial) activities.
